HOW IT WORKS

1. Submit Your Inquiry
   Share your event date, location, estimated guest count, event duration, and the items you would like personalized.

2. Receive a Custom Proposal
   We will review your event details and prepare a personalized proposal based on the scope of work, materials, travel requirements, and expected number of customizations.

3. Reserve Your Date
   Your date will be secured after the service agreement is signed and the required retainer is received.

4. Finalize the Experience
   We will confirm the personalization style, approved wording, colors, items, setup requirements, and event timeline.

5. Enjoy the Event
   By Inova will arrive at the agreed time, prepare the personalization station, and create each piece live for your guests. 

Live personalization services start at $95 per hour, min. 4 hours.

Final pricing is customized for each event and may vary depending on:

• Event date and location
• Length of service
• Estimated number of guests or items
• Type and complexity of the personalization
• Materials and supplies required
• Whether the items are supplied by the client or sourced by By Inova
• Travel, parking, shipping, or accommodation requirements
• Additional artists or assistants, when needed

The starting hourly rate covers the live personalization service. Additional materials, products, travel expenses, or special requests may be quoted separately.

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION

• Submitting an inquiry does not reserve your event date.
• Availability is confirmed only after the agreement is signed and the required retainer is paid.
• Items and surfaces must be reviewed before approval.
• Final designs, colors, wording, and quantities must be confirmed before the event.
• Personalization capacity depends on the event duration and complexity of each design.
• Requested quantities are estimates unless otherwise guaranteed in the signed proposal.
• Travel-related costs may apply depending on the event location.
• Venue access, parking instructions, loading information, and workspace requirements must be provided in advance.
• The client is responsible for obtaining any venue authorization required for the service.

HANDMADE VARIATIONS

Each item is personalized by hand. Small differences in lettering, spacing, placement, color, and decorative details are part of the handmade process and make every piece unique.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

Retainers are non-refundable because the event date and preparation time are reserved specifically for the client. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and the terms included in the signed service agreement. Additional costs may apply if the scope, location, date, duration, or selected items change.
