Refund policy

All By Inova products and services are personalized or created specifically for each customer. For this reason, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds on:

• Personalized or custom-made products
• Digital illustrations and downloadable files
• Products featuring customer-selected names, wording, colors, or designs
• Live personalization services
• Event retainers, reservations, or custom service payments
• Gift cards

ORDER DETAILS AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all names, spelling, dates, wording, colors, quantities, addresses, and other customization details before submitting an order.

By Inova is not responsible for errors contained in the information provided or approved by the customer. Once an order is submitted, changes cannot be guaranteed. Any approved change may require an additional fee and may affect the original completion or delivery date.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND ILLUSTRATIONS

Digital products and custom illustrations are non-refundable once the order is placed, the creative process has begun, or the final files have been delivered.

Differences in color may occur between screens, printers, and materials. These variations are not considered defects.

LIVE PERSONALIZATION SERVICES

Payments and retainers for live personalization services are non-refundable because the event date and preparation time are reserved specifically for the client. Cancellation and rescheduling terms will also be included in the applicable service agreement.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or By Inova made an error that differs from the customization details you submitted, please contact us within three calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and its packaging.

After reviewing the claim, By Inova may offer a repair or replacement when appropriate. Refunds will not be issued for customer-submitted errors, normal handmade variations, minor color differences, improper use, or damage occurring after delivery.
